Wheel pose

Strengthens, limbers up, and gives life to the spine. Also strengthens the arms and wrists. Gives greater life force and energy.

The Wheel is done in the same way as the Bridge, but for this pose you place your hands beside your ears and lift your body up from the floor so that only your hands and feet have contact with the floor. In the Wheel, you try to keep your arms as straight as possible so that your elbows do not fall out to the side. Let go of your neck entirely so that your head hangs freely.
