Three and a half minutes

Lie on your back, and place your hands under your neck with your elbows pointing toward the ceiling.

Do not interlace your fingers, but allow them either to meet in the middle of your neck or overlap.

Spread your heels one foot apart.

Inhale and press your heels firmly into the floor and lift from the navel point up toward the ceiling, as if you were trying to kiss the ceiling with your belly button, elevating only the area from the thighs to the rib cage.

Exhale and lower back down.

Repeat this exercise for three and a half minutes.
