One minute

Remain on your back. Keeping your knees straight, lift both legs up and grasp your toes with your hands.

Breathe through your mouth and keep your breath in the back of your throat, and your inhalations and exhalations of equal length.

Breathe as slowly and deeply as possible, although it is challenging to do so when your mouth is open. Stay for one minute.
