Eleven minutes

Start by kneeling with the knees slightly separated and the tops of your feet on the floor.

Now release your forehead to the floor as you allow your buttocks to sink to the back of your ankles.

Bring your arms back alongside your body with the palms turned up.

You may place a pillow under the forehead or rolled blanket at the heels for support and comfort.

Stay in the pose for eleven minutes, breathing slowly and deeply, relaxing fully.
