Five minutes

Sit in any comfortable seated position and cross your palms over your heart center, with the left palm on your chest and the right palm on the back of the left hand.

If you have been playing “Naad,” sing along with it for five minutes.

Otherwise continue to listen to relaxing music of your choice, or just continue to take long, deep breaths.

End the exercise with a deep inhalation and a complete exhalation.
