Knee to chest pose

Sit with your legs stretched out in front of you.

Bend your right knee, leaving the sole of the left foot on the floor.

Inhale, and use your hands to bring your right thigh up toward your chest.

Exhale, lower your head slightly, and give the leg a good hug.

Inhale, and raise the head.

Exhale, and release your arms, allowing the leg to return to the floor.

Give your legs a gentle shake. Relax. Repeat on the other side.
