The windmill

Thirty to sixty seconds. 

Start by standing with your feet hips’ width apart and your arms at your sides. 

Turning your torso, swing your arms from side to side, bending at the knees and pivoting on your back foot like a golfer hitting a drive.

Let your breath flow smoothly. 

Alternate between the left and right sides, always pivoting on your back foot and allowing your back heel to come off the floor to make sure there’s no torque on your knees.
