Lizard Twist with Ankle Hold

From your lizard, if there is room in your body without feeling tense, bend your back (left) knee, spin your torso toward your right (in the direction of your front leg), and grab your left foot with your right hand.

Gently pull your foot in toward your hips.

Stay here for three long, deep breaths and repeat on the other side beginning with the lizard pose.
