Elbow movements in relaxation pose (Savasana)

After you have set the basic foundation of body, mind, and breath coordination in Relaxation pose as described above, you can begin to move your arms, one at a time.

Keeping your hand cupped and relaxed, inhale and bend your arm at the elbow.

Exhale and release your arm back down to the support.

Move your arm slowly and mindfully, always coordinating your movement with your breath.

Practice this movement three times on one side, then repeat with the other arm.
