Child’s pose for women

A very effective and deeply relaxing recovery pose that straightens out the back.

Kneel down, and let your upper body fall forward over your knees. Rest your forehead on the floor, and keep your arms either in front of you with your palms on the floor or back along your sides. Try to come down with your buttocks toward the back of your thighs. Breathe deeply here for a while.
