Supine Twist (Jathara Parivrtta)

Start by lying on your back, with your knees bent in toward your chest and your arms out to the side along the floor.

On an exhalation, lower your knees to your right side, toward the floor.

Stay for one breath, then inhale and return to your starting position. 

Repeat to the left side. Repeat the entire sequence staying two breaths on each side, and then repeat the sequence again staying for three breaths on each side.
