Child’s Pose Twist

Come into a child’s pose.

Reach your hips to your heels, relax your forehead on the ground, and extend your arms out in front of you.

Thread your left arm under your right arm so your whole left shoulder and the left side of your face are resting on the ground.

Stay here for five long, deep breaths and then do the same on the other side.
